MATTHEW S. WEAVER

Matthew S. Weaver is a partner in the law firm and has over 15 years of litigation experience. Mr. Weaver presently concentrates his practice in the areas of family law and real property litigation.

His experience includes handling complex litigation in Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Washtenaw and St. Clair counties. He is involved in all aspects of family law and specializes in areas of custody disputes and matters involving a change of domicile to another state.

He co-authored an article for the Michigan Family Law Journal (Special Issue, 2007) entitled “Child Custody: A Sample Letter to Client”.
