Donald K. Warwick
Donald Warwick is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, with 20 years of experience, including numerous successful jury verdicts.
Mr. Warwick has extensive experience in defending physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice lawsuits. He also specializes in health care law, business and commercial disputes, professional liability, product liability, complex litigation/catastrophic injury, automotive liability, and personal injury actions.
His trial work has been concentrated in defending complex medical malpractice actions, wrongful death and personal injury cases.
Mr. Warwick received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University – Detroit College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association and the Oakland County Bar Association.
