John L. Miller

John is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. John received the highest Bar Exam Score in the State of Michigan, July 2008. John graduated summa cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law. While in law school, John received National Jurisprudence Awards in Criminal Law, Evidence, Professional Responsibility, Securities Litigation, and Research, Writing, and Advocacy.

During his second year of law school, John served as a staff member on the Michigan State Law Review. John was also a recipient of the King Scholarship at MSU College of Law. Prior to law school, John received a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Northern Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University.

Prior to becoming an associate with Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, John was a summer associate with the firm. While in law school, John worked as Torts Teaching Assistant at the Michigan State University College of Law.
