Ms. DeVito is a member of the Firm’s Family Law Group with over 10 years of family law and litigation experience.
She now concentrates her practice exclusively in the area of domestic relations handling all issues related to divorce, including custody and parenting time disputes, property distribution and spousal support. More specifically, her practice includes guiding her clients through the entire divorce process, including settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial, as well as friend of the court matters including determination and modification of child support and paternity issues. Kellie has extensive experience handling complex marital estates involving the acquisition of significant assets, closely held business interests and real estate holdings.
Kellie is a graduate of the Michigan State University-School of Law (1998) and was admitted to practice in the State of Michigan in 1998. Ms. DeVito completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University (1995).
Kellie is a member of the State Bar of Michigan; the Oakland County Bar Association; and The Women’s Lawyers Association of Michigan.
