DOUGLAS C. DAHN

Mr. Dahn concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law matters.

Experience:

Doug has over twenty years of experience in areas such as contract negotiations, grievance arbitration, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge matters, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, Michigan Employment Relations Commission and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights.

Doug represents a variety of employers in both the manufacturing and service areas, as well as various public employers. He also serves as a labor arbitrator and fact-finder and is on both the American Arbitration Association's and the Michigan Employment Relations Commission's list of recommended labor arbitrators.

Doug is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Member, Labor Law section), the American Bar Association, and the American Arbitration Association.
